Come experience how you can use your breath to access an altered state of consciousness surrounded by the beautiful, healing environment of the Colorado Salt Cave and 432hz Sound Healing!
You'll be led through a 20-30 minute breathing exercise that helps you to release stuck energy and emotions and puts your nervous system into a deep state of relaxation and calm. Then you will relax in the immersive sound frequency for 30 minutes while absorbing all of the negative ions and detoxifying benefits of being surrounded by Himalayan salt. This is a one-of-a-kind experience with these three modalities!
