BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
WITH THE ROXIVA LIGHT
Brainwave Entrainment (BWE), also known as Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE), is the process of using light and sound stimulation to guide brainwaves into a desired state. You can shift into a state for more focused attention, deep meditation, higher consciousness, or more, depending on your intention.
The roXiva Light uses pulsing light in sync with audio tracks at specific frequencies to guide you into the altered state of consciousness you choose. For individual sessions, we pair the roXiva with the Vibe Soundbed for a truly immersive experience.

ROXIVA SESSION
Relax under the light and let the pulsing light and sounds guide you into an altered state of consciousness.
15-MINUTE
INTEGRATION
Discuss, journal, draw, or simply relax to integrate your experience as you enjoy some cacao.
Sessions are typically held at the Veil Shift office, but we're mobile! We can provide group experiences at your location or retreat. Please contact us for details.
