Come experience how you can use your breath to access an altered state of consciousness surrounded by the beautiful, healing environment of the Colorado Salt Cave!
You'll be led through a 20-30 minute breathing exercise that puts your nervous system into a deep state of relaxation and calm. Then you will relax in this state for 30-40 minutes while absorbing all of the negative ions and detoxifying benefits of being surrounded by Himalayan salt. This is a one-of-a-kind experience!
